In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered in two cases initiated in district court against Jared Dean Dennhardt of Jefferson. Dennhardt was charged with eluding in both cases in two separate incidents. In the first case the charge was amended to interference with official acts and Dennhardt was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. No court costs were assessed in that case. In the second case, the charge was amended to reckless driving. Dennhardt was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $100.
A case was initiated in magistrate court during the week ending April 3 against Patrick Michael Kennedy on a charge of disorderly conduct.
